Law Enforcement Guidelines
Last updated: November 3, 2026
These guidelines explain how Veehk handles requests from law enforcement and government agencies. We care about user privacy and about public safety.
How to send a request
Send valid legal process (a subpoena, court order, or search warrant) to support@veehk.us.comwith the subject "Law Enforcement Request". Include your agency, your contact details, the account or trip you are asking about, and a copy of the legal document.
Emergency requests
If there is a risk of death or serious injury, you can send an emergency disclosure request to the same email. Say it is an emergency in the subject line and explain the situation. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 first.
Preservation requests
We accept requests to preserve account records while you obtain legal process. Send them to the same email.
Notifying users
We tell users when their information is requested, unless the law prohibits it or it is an emergency.
Reports we make
We may report suspected child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and suspected human trafficking to the authorities.
Requests from outside the US
Requests from outside the United States must go through proper international legal channels.
