Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses Veehk: riders, drivers, delivery partners, sellers, creators, and people using Veehk Date. It is part of our Terms of Service. Please keep Veehk safe and lawful for everyone.

What is not allowed

Age requirements

You must be at least 13 to use Veehk, and 18 to use wallet and payment features and the Veehk dating features. Where the law of your location sets a higher age, that age applies.

Exploitation and abuse

Human trafficking or sex trafficking, or helping anyone do it, and sexual exploitation of anyone.
Child sexual exploitation or abuse, or any content or conduct involving minors in a sexual or harmful way.
Escort services, prostitution, or any paid sexual services.
Sexually explicit content, including in profiles, photos and messages.
Sexual violence, or threats or promotion of it.
Non-consensual content, such as intimate images shared without the person's consent.
Harassment, threats, hate, or violence.
Aiding, abetting, or encouraging abuse of any kind.

Fraud and money

Fraud, or scams meant to cheat other users, fake accounts, or impersonating another person or business.
Money laundering.
Using your Veehk wallet to move money for other people.
Misusing payments, including chargeback abuse and using stolen cards.

Illegal goods and spam

Selling or offering illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, or stolen goods.
Spam and unsolicited marketing.

Veehk Date

You must be 18 or older. Under-18s are not allowed.
No paid companionship.
Do not ask your matches for money.

What happens if you break the rules

Depending on how serious it is, we may:

remove content;
suspend or permanently ban your account;
hold payouts while we investigate; and
report the matter to law enforcement.

How to report a problem

Use the report option in the Veehk app on the profile, message, listing, or content.
