These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Veehk website and, where applicable, the Veehk app and services. By using the site or services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the site

• You must be at least 13 to use this website, and 18 to use the Veehk dating features.
• Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in violation of applicable law.
• Content on this site is provided for informational and marketing purposes.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Services & third parties

Veehk connects you with third-party providers (drivers, merchants, and others). Availability varies by location and is subject to separate service terms and applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.

Payments & subscriptions

Paid features and subscriptions are billed as disclosed at purchase. Consistent with California's Automatic Renewal Law, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Veehk for human trafficking or sexual exploitation of anyone, or to aid, abet, or encourage abuse of any kind. We may remove content, suspend or ban accounts, hold payouts while we investigate, and report to law enforcement. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.

SMS terms

Program name: VeeHK Messages. By giving us your mobile number and proceeding in the Veehk app, you agree to receive text messages from Veehk as described here.

• Message types: one-time login and verification codes on request; account and order notifications (for example driver application approved or cashout sent); safety alerts to trusted contacts you add; and marketing texts only if you tick the optional SMS checkbox or turn on marketing texts in the app (Privacy Center for riders, Notification preferences for drivers).
• How you opt in: on the phone-number screen of the app, below the phone field, there is a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Its label reads: "Yes, text me ride updates and offers from Veehk. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of using Veehk." You can sign in without ticking it. The one-time code is sent only because you request it, and recurring and marketing texts are sent only if you tick the box. SMS consent is not a condition of using Veehk or of any purchase. You can change this at any time: riders use the "Marketing texts" switch in the Privacy Center, and drivers use the "Marketing texts (SMS)" switch in Notification preferences. Replying STOP also opts you out.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Rates: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to opt out of marketing texts. Replying STOP to our number may also block verification codes from that number until you text START.
• Help: reply HELP or INFO, or email support@veehk.us.com.
• Lift a block: reply START, UNSTOP, or YES.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

The Veehk name, logo, and site content are owned by Veehk and protected by law. Do not use them without permission.

Disclaimers

The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veehk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the courts located in California.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
