Services & third parties

Veehk connects you with third-party providers (drivers, merchants, pharmacies, licensed practitioners, and others). Availability varies by location and is subject to separate service terms and applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.

Payments & subscriptions

Paid features and subscriptions are billed as disclosed at purchase. Consistent with California's Automatic Renewal Law, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us.

Intellectual property

The Veehk name, logo, and site content are owned by Veehk and protected by law. Do not use them without permission.

Disclaimers

The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not provide medical advice; telehealth is delivered by independent licensed practitioners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veehk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the courts located in California.
